My name is Mike Campbell and I'm General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown. I have been here since we opened in December 2003 and have a unique perspective on both the building and our employee culture. From the very beginning the hotel's ownership group stressed the importance of the historical building preservation and last year we added a more robust conservation message to our business. Over the last year I have become more interested in Green Issues and I'm finding there is always something else we can do. I will be blogging primarily about the hotels preservation, environmental initiatives, and our upcoming hotel renovation. However, when Christmas rolls around I'll probably blog about that too.
