Our Treasure Hunt!!

At the beginning of this month we had a very great staff meeting. It included our whole hospitable Guest Service Crew (front desk and bellman) and our Award winning Sales Staff. They were paired up in 4 teams of four and sent out to the downtown streets on a Treasure Hunt. There were 15 tasks to complete. They had to prove the task was complete by taking a picture of person place or thing. There were also opportunities for bonus points by having more people in a photo and or making it creative. The whole point of this was to get them thinking outside the box and working together. Each team did a fantastic job but there can only be one winner! The winning team did just that they thought outside the box and worked together by doing things like breaking into our GM's office and showing our clients some of our core values (like recycling). The Dream Team won the Treasure Hunt and received $100 gift certificates to Mo's a Place for Steaks. ( thanks Mo's!!) I was also able to take something from the hunt, with each photo submitted I was able to remember why I love downtown so much. Downtown is beautiful, full of activity and is home to our wonderful staff of the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown.
